Do emergency cars with sirens mosey along the roads at 3 AM like they do in London?
Not really. They don't seem to come up where we are much, but we are around three miles from city center. It is supper odd to see them in the street, though. No one moves out of the way like they do in the States. They have to practically eat bumpers to get by. This could be due to the fact no one follows any set road rules except stop lights.
